Packing box capable of reducing vibration wear for suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump
A stuffing box capable of reducing vibration wear for a suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump, comprising an internal part, a shaft sleeve, a flange, and an external part. The internal part is integrated with the external part vertically, and a shaft sleeve is set on the inner wall of the shaft hole in the middle of the internal and external parts, while a flange is set on the outside. The length of the internal part is greater than that of the external part, and the flange is set on the outer surface of the external part. This technical method reduces the height of the outer part of the stuffing box and increases the length of the inner part of the stuffing box installed inside the pump seat, thereby increasing the stability of the entire stuffing box. The inner diameter of the inner part of the stuffing box is set smaller than that of the outer part, reducing the aperture of the inner part of the stuffing box and solving the problem of vibration and unstable operation caused by excessive clearance between the stuffing box and the pump shaft. This technical method has a simple structure and stable operation, solving the problems of large vibration, easy leakage, wear, and frequent replacement of the packing box used in suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pumps.

A packing box capable of reducing vibration and wear of a suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump, comprising an internal part (1), a shaft sleeve (2), a flange (3), and an external part (4), wherein the internal part (1) is integrated with the external part (4) vertically, and a shaft sleeve (2) is provided on the inner wall of the shaft hole in the middle of the internal part (1) and the external part (4), and a flange (3) is provided on the external part (4), characterized in that the length of the internal part (1) is greater than that of the external part (4), and the flange (3) is provided on the outer surface of the external part (4).
